1. Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase. You may return eligible products within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

  • Hygiene products such as balms, cleansing gels, and enema accessories cannot be returned once opened, due to health and safety regulations.

To start a return, email info@johnsonboy.com with your order number and reason for return.


2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.


3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact info@johnsonboy.com within 7 days of receiving your order.


4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs when returning an item unless the product was delivered damaged or incorrect.


5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened or used hygiene products

  • Gift cards or digital items

  • Items purchased during clearance or final sale events


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, first check your bank or card provider.
